Why we started a podcast
Our goal is to offer a behind-the-scenes look at what makes Blue Elephant Childcare so unique. From how the company began, a child’s perspective of life in care and discussions about the challenges and rewards of working in residential childcare, we aim to inspire and inform.
By starting this podcast, we want to create a space for open dialogue, share the passion we have for making a difference in children's lives, and foster a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to raising the next generation with love and care.
